With Driver Terms & Conditions
Minimum Mileage: 100/80 kms per day as above.
Rates Subject to Change.
Mileage Calculation: Start/Finish Time/Mileage at our office in Col-06.Cumulative (300km for 3 days) over consecutive calendar days of hire.
Driver Extras: Rs.300/hr (Rs. 1000 for Luxury car) after 8 hr.Night out Rs. 300/-. For bus-Crew Batta Rs. 300 for 8 hrs. Detention Rs. 300/hr.
Driver Gratuity/ Tips: Recommended at client’s discretion.
Driver Meals + Accommodation. Rs. 4000 (Rs. 5000 for bus) per day if client does not provide.
Driver Meals + Accommodation. Rs. 5500 For North and East (For All Vehicles).
Taxes will be added (15% VAT)
Charges are subject to changes due to increase of fuel price and Taxes.
Cancellation charges: A days rental or 25% of the total (Whichever is greater). Can be carried forward a credit for our services at a later date.
Subject to a 10% Seasonal Surcharges during busy months.
The hire of an air conditioned car with a chauffeur for a maximum of three clients (please note luggage should not be large & should fit in to the space available in the car especially if there are three clients.) The hire of a larger vehicle a micro van with air-condition for a maximum of six clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your booking at any time prior to commencement of the reservations which has to be acknowledged by our company in writing. If the cancellation is made 14 days before the first date of the reservation we will retain your 1st small deposit to cover our costs. If the cancellation is notified less than 14 days prior to the first date of reservation following additional cancellation charges will apply.
Less than 14 days before arrival 25% of total invoice
Less than 07 days before arrival 50% of total invoice
No show or early departure 100% of total invoice
